Vic Brown
Ursinus College
Vic Brown is Director of Partner Programs for Ursinus
College, and also serves as a member of the Faculty in the
Department of Business and Economics at Ursinus. He holds a Bachelor
of Science in Chemistry from DeSales University, and an MBA from
Temple University.
Before joining Ursinus, Vic was employed for 28 years by FMC Corporation, a major producer of industrial, agricultural and specialty chemicals. During his career, Vic held senior positions in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Information Technology.
Vic consults for industry and also serves as a member of the National Roster of Neutrals (Commercial Panel) for the American Arbitration Association. |

Tiffany H. Burke
Wyeth Pharmaceuticals
Tiffany H. Burke is the Senior Manager for Employee Communications at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and is responsible for disseminating important company news and information to the general employee community in Collegeville and Great Valley. She assists in the management of a variety of communications vehicles including the Communications Screens throughout the Collegeville Campus, the Wyeth Intranet, and on site events. Tiffany also oversees the philanthropy program for the Collegeville and Great Valley sites and maintains Wyeth’s relationships with charitable organizations in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Prior to joining Wyeth in 2004, Tiffany worked in university development for eight years. She holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a BA in English/Secondary Education from The Catholic University of America. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Honor Society in Business and Management. Tiffany is delighted to have joined the Board of the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to drawing upon her past experience as a board member for the Great Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce. Tiffany and her husband Brian live in King of Prussia. |

Thomas Burkett is Creative Director for Epps Advertising, located in Trappe, PA. He oversees all creative projects and staff, and is responsible for the quality of work produced by the creative department. From concept to completion, he works with the team to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies to produce effective advertising and marketing collateral. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and his 20-year career with the firm has earned him numerous regional and national awards. In his spare time, Tom enjoys commercial and residential interior decorating, fitness training and biking. |

Brian Dubas
Commerce Bank
Brian G. Dubas , Branch Manager/Assistant Vice President of the Commerce Bank branch in Collegeville, was first appointed to the Board of Directors of the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce in January 2002.
Brian joined Commerce Bank in June of 1998, initially working at Commerce's North Penn branch in Lansdale as Assistant Manager. While there, he completed Commerce's Management Development program. In October 2000, he was promoted to manager of the Collegeville branch.
Residing in Hatfield with his wife, Jennifer, and son Liam, Brian is a 1997 graduate of the University of Delaware, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Before joining Commerce Bank, he initially worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Mellon Bank in King of Prussia.
In addition to his active involvement with the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce, Brian is also a Board Member of the Montgomery County Bankers' Association, Save the Speakers House, Inc., and serves as President of the Perkiomen Valley School District Foundation and as Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Lower Perkiomen Valley-Collegeville. |

Dr. Priscilla Feir, Superintendent
Perkiomen Valley School District
Priscilla L. Feir is the superintendent of Perkiomen Valley School District. The District's most valuable assets include the students in the Perkiomen Valley, an exceptional faculty and staff, caring parents, and a supportive community. Perkiomen Valley ranked 3rd in the state for its rapid student growth.
Priscilla earned a master's degree from Lehigh University and a Ph. D. from Pennsylvania State University. Previous experience in education includes responsibilities as teacher, consultant, principal, and assistant superintendents in Monroe, Northampton, Lycoming, Dauphin, and Lancaster counties.
Priscilla serves on the Boards of the Perkiomen Valley Education Foundation, 21st Century Cyber Charter School, and both the PA Association of School Administrators and the American Association of School Administrators.

Michael Frederick
Merrill Lynch
Michael Frederick joined Merrill Lynch in 1999 after a 15-year career in the retail management industry. A graduate of North Penn High School, he spent 34 years in the Lansdale area before moving to Perkiomenville with his wife of fourteen years, Maureen. Attending Drexel University in the mid-80's, he earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance, and has continued his education with coursework at other area institutions. Mr. Frederick also holds the Certified Financial Planner® certification which he earned in 2004, the Certified Retirement Planning Counselor designation which he earned in 2003, and the Certified Financial Manager designation which he earned in 2001 .
Fulfilling a lifelong dream, Michael and his wife planned, designed and built their house from the ground up, with the help of family and friends. Michel continues to pursue his interest in the building trades by undertaking family projects of varying degrees. He is also an avid sports fan, both participatory and spectator, and still finds time to follow his other interests which include gardening, cooking and winemaking.
Mike is also an active member of several community organizations, notably, the Patriotic Order Sons of America Camp 387, holding the office of President, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1761, holding the office of Vice President, and the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce, holding the office of Vice Chairman, The Lower Frederick Regional Ambulance Corps, holding the office of Assistant Treasurer. Michael also participates in the Fox Chase Cancer Research Program and attends Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Schwenksville. |

Tom Gailey
Tierney Communications
Tom Gailey currently is with with Tierney Communications, a strategic
communications firm that tell the stories of its client through services
such as marketing, public relations and government affairs. Previously he founded the Gailey Group, Tom was vice president of communications at Suburban Cable. His involvement with the Perkiomen Valley dates to the mid-1980s when he reported on the region for the Norristown Times Herald. He has an M.B.A. from Temple University and a B.A. from Penn State University. Tom lives in Ambler with his wife and two daughters. |

Caesar J. Gorski, Sr., A.I.C.
Gorski Construction Company, Inc.
Caesar Gorski is the President and Founder of Gorski Construction Company with the main responsibilities of Quality Assurances, Technical Guidance, Value Engineering, Constructability, Construction Review and Corporate Direction. Under his leadership, Gorski Construction started in 1954 with a used pick-up truck and construction tools and has grown to today's facility at the Iron Bridge Corporate Center on Route 29. Caesar has served as a Skippack Township Supervisor and Chairman of the Board, also serving many years on the Local Planning Commission and is presently Vice Chairman. He has been a member of the Central Perkiomen Rotary since 1966, serving as Vice President and President for the club. Caesar serves as Council Member in charge of construction of a youth activities center and finance committee at Jerusalem Lutheran Church in Schwenksville. Honorably discharged from the United States Marines in 1952 and is presently a life member of the Marine Corps League and a member of the American Legion. Caesar is married to Sue, and they have two sons, Caesar Jr. and Gerald and a daughter, Susan and three grandchildren. |

Trevor J. Hart

Trevor J. Hart , branch manager of the Harleysville National Bank branch in Collegeville, was first appointed to the Board of Directors of the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce in January, 2003.
Trevor joined Harleysville National Bank in August of 1992, initially working at Harleysville North Broad branch in Lansdale as a Teller. In 1994, he was promoted to CSR of the Collegeville branch. In 1997, he was promoted to Assistant Manager and in 2002; he was promoted to branch manager of the Collegeville branch.
Trevor resides in Bechtelsville with his wife, Leigh and son Alex. Trevor is a 1992 graduate of the Pennsylvania Business Institute, where he earned an Associate's degree in Business Management and Accounting. Before attending Pennsylvania Business Institute he served in U.S. Navy. He served active duty from 1986-1989 in San Diego, California. He served as a reservist from 1989-1994. While in the Navy, he toured to different places such as Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Korea and Hawaii.
In addition to his active involvement with the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce, Trevor also holds a seat on the Golf Committee, Membership Committee, and Small Business Advisory Committee. |

Grant Hoffman is presently employed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Phoenixville Hospital, a 144 bed community hospital with 970 employees, since 2004. Grant has over 15 years experience in Healthcare management and was previous Director, Human Resources at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Grant earned Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University and Senior Professional Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. Grant currently resides in Gilbertsville, Pa with wife Colleen, daughter Amanda and son Luke. |

Joe Lowe is a graduate of LaSalle University where he majored in accounting. He is a certified public accountant. His professional experience has been over 20 years in the community. In 1998, he started his own business, Lowe & Associates, located at 580 W. Main Street, Trappe. He specializes in personal and small business accounting. Joe has served as the PV Chamber's Treasurer since 2001, where he has taken an active role in successfully restructuring the chamber's accounting systems. Joe resides in West Norriton with his wife, Susan, and their children, Katie, Lafayette College graduate, Maggie and Emily, students at St. Theresa of Avila in Audubon and James. Joe is active in all sports but especially enjoys golf. |

Tom Keenan, Esq.

Thomas M. Keenan is the senior partner of the Keenan, Ciccitto & Associates firm. His areas of expertise include corporate, banking, real estate and municipal law. He is experienced in both civil and criminal litigation cases for the firm.
Mr. Keenan was admitted to practice in 1975 before all Pennsylvania Courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. His educational background includes a J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1975 and a B.A. from Dickinson College in 1964 and graduate work in English Literature at Villanova University from 1965 to 1966. He served in the United States Army on active duty as an Infantry Officer from 1966 to 1970.
Mr. Keenan is presently a Township Solicitor and was Chairman of the Municipal Law Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association in 1995 and 1996. He was the Solicitor for the Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau from 1988 to 1992. He also served as the Mayor of Collegeville from 1986 to 1989 and as Assistant District Attorney of Montgomery County from 1976 to 1980. In addition, Mr. Keenan is currently the attorney for numerous corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, financial institutions and non-profit entities. Mr. Keenan is the legal counsel to the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce and he is also President of Freeland Abstract, Ltd., a title insurance provider.
Mr. Keenan was the Director of the Montgomery Bar Association, term of office 1996-1999 and was an elected member of the Judiciary Committee. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and the Municipal Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Among other activities, he is a member and past President of Collegeville Planning Commission and former Fund Raising Chairman of the Neskenno District of the Boy Scouts of America. He is a member of St. James Perkiomen Episcopal Church in Evansburg where he has served as Rector's Warden, lay reader and vestry member. He is a member of the Collegeville Rotary Club and the Military Order of the World Wars. Keenan is retired from the U.S. Army Reserve with the rank of Colonel. |

Tony purchased St. Eleanor School several years ago and renovated and redecorated to open LaFontana Ristorante & Lounge, which has been open for four years. LaFontana is a perfect setting for personalized business and corporate functions featuring authentic Italian food. Tony has been involved with the Optimist club for eight years. He has two children, John, who attends Montgomery County Community College, focusing on business for business classes and works in the pizzeria. Rose Marie, 13, attends Spring Ford Elementary. Tony enjoys skiing and golf. Tony is currently on the board of the Collegeville Economic Development Committee whose goal is to advance and promote the economic and commercial development in the area. |

Orla Nugent, Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Development for Columbia Cottage moved to the U.S from Ireland ten years ago with her husband Paul. Nugent has worked for the Horst Company from Lancaster for almost seven years. As a registered nurse, Orla specialized in geriatric nursing before taking the position of Administrator of a Nursing Home where she worked before moving to the U.S. In her current position Nugent oversees all the Sales, Marketing and Public Relations for the company's three Assisted Living communities while researching and developing potential sites to build new communities. While her hobbies include reading, aerobics and fitness programs, Nugent and her husband have traveled extensively around the world. |

Debbie Riegner is Secretary-Treasurer of TR Insurance Group. She and her husband Randy have been involved in this independent agency since 1982. Debbie is currently President of the Board of Directors of the Community Music School. She is a Past President and member of Central Perkiomen Career Women’s Club and the Community Club of Collegeville. Debbie is also a member of the Collegeville Economic Development Corporation board. Residing in Royersford with his wife Deb and children Scott & Jake, Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Philadelphia College of Textiles (now Philadelphia University) and attended Fordham University for his graduate marketing work.
In addition to his active involvement with the Perkiomen Chamber of Commerce, Bruce currently serves on the boards of the Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association, Compeer of Suburban Philadelphia and PBN Professional Business Network. He also serves on the Advisory Committee of the Spring Valley YMCA and is a member of SACDV (Specialty Advertising Counselors of the Delaware Valley), and PPAI (Promotional Products Association International).
